In accordance with the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), PT Ifishdeco Tbk (the “Company”) has established the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors Work Guidelines (“Board Manual”).

The Board Manual serves as an authoritative framework to guide the Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners of the Company in the performance of their respective duties, functions, and responsibilities.

The Board Manual serves to complement the regulations in Indonesia, applicable laws in capital market and provisions from the Articles of Association that govern the operational procedures of the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors.

As essential organs of the company, in the performance of their duties, functions, and responsibilities, the Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners are committed to upholding the principles of good faith, full responsibility, and accountability, for which they shall be accountable to the shareholders through the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) and to stakeholders.
