In compliance to implement Good Corporate Governance and as an internal controlling to mitigate risks of legal incompliance, PT Ifishdeco Tbk. (the “Company”) established a Whistleblowing System Policy (“WBS”).
WBS is a facility for the Company Employees (“Whistleblower”) to convey information if detected indicative violations that conducted by the employees or the Board of Directors and/or Board of Commissioners of the Company. The said violations may include issues of: 1. Fraud, cheating, embezzlement, money laundering, theft, abuse of authority; 2. Breaking the law, violation of Code of Conduct, Company Regulations, Employment Contract, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of the Company, and other Company policies; and 3. Other violations adverse effects on the Company operations.
