IFSH was establish on 9 June 1971 in the fisheries industry based on the Company Act No.41, incorporated by Abdul Latif, Notary in Jakarta.
In 1989, the company included agribusiness plantation to its business activities based on the Company Act No.34, incorporated by Mochtar Apan, S.H, Notary in Jakarta. Since then, the company tried to develop the agribusiness plantation by planting cashew trees to produce cashew nuts for processing, however the company achieved little success with inconsistent yields.
IFSH concession land is located in Tinanggea, South Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi. The total land area owned by IFSH is 2,580 Hectares and IUP Operasi/Produksi or Mining Business Permit for Operation and Production is for 800 Hectares.
SBM was established based on Notarial deed No. 14 dated March 30, 2007 and approved by the MoLHR Decree Number: AHU-41523.AH.01.01.TH.2011 dated August 16, 2011.
In 2022, PT Ifishdeco Tbk. purchased number of SBM shares. As of June 30, 2024, PT Ifishdeco Tbk shares ownership was amounted to Rp900,000,000 for 900 shares or 90.00% of the paid-upcapital.

PJM was established based on Notarial deed No. 17 dated March 24, 2007 and approved by the MoLHR Decree Number: W25-00044HT.01.01-TH.2007 dated June 25, 2007.
In 2022, PT Ifishdeco Tbk. purchased number of PJM shares, then increased PJM paid-upcapital in with in this year. Thus, as of June 30, 2024, PT Ifishdeco Tbk shares ownership was amounted to Rp64,900,000,000 for 129,800 shares or 90.00% of the paid-upcapital.
